Lovely, comfortable and tastefully furnished one-bedroom apartment. With large terrace has a panoramic view of the Promenade des Anglais and the ocean. The beach is just on your doorstep and there are two separate entrances at the building. On the beachfront a charming entrance on the Promenade des Anglais to reach the beach within less than 20 meters and from the backside on Av. Californie is a range of shops & restaurants. The apartment is in a secured building and has an elevator.

Busses to the old town of Nice and to the airport are very close to the building.“Self service” rental bicycles (vélos bleus) and electric cars (auto bleue) just in front of the building. Enjoy Nice and its beautiful surroundings in all seasons!Sunbathing on the beach and swimming in the sea side 8 months a year, skiing in winter. Visit the picturesque villages in the hinterland, visit all the famous places : Monaco, Cannes etc, have a coffee in the sun and buy fresh fruit on the market of the CoursSaleya, go shopping in the Avenue Jean Medecin and even discover a bit of Italy at only 25 km from Nice!

From both Terminals at Nice Airport and the central station we highly recommend our partner " friend in France " we use from 2009 to arrange the pick up from the arrival hall all the way to the entrance of the building where we will meet and great you.
These English speaking drivers will hold a sign with your name on your arrival will offer personal service at any time and know well the exact location of the apartment and are in contact with us to inform us by any delay or your arrival.
These service can be also used to any other town on the Riviera on day or departure or booked for your guided tour during your stay.
The fixed rates on day of arrival or drop of on departure day are of 35 Euros for 1 / 4 pers and 50 Euros for 5/8 pers.
There is increase of 20 % from 8 PM till 8 PM and 20 % extra for Sunday pick ups.
All payments can be made only in cash to the driver on day of arrival. to reserve your private transfers you can give us your flight number / time + mobile number min 48 H before your arrival time. If your flight is delayed or cancelled you can reach the directly on + 33 6 99 16 22 33
Very practical during your stay is to use our rental car Kia Sorento / which can be placed in the parking box on day or arrival. Children seat can be also provided.
Min rental period 5 days from 150 USD [ all included ] can be reserved with your apartment reservation and only copie of driving licence is required .
