New type of online scam Allesia's Flat, apartment rental agency in Milan.
An Indonesian couple travelling though Europe during January 2019 had to experience during their booking process a unusual answer from a established agency based in Milan. Instead of received a welcome drink or arrival package they received  a treatening message by email, stated that  they will call the police when they arrived on the address of their reserved apartment if they will not collect the keys from another location . For they’re stay in They booked though hotels.com and inspected to have a secured reservation and especially a smooth arrival. Especially when they could not have a meet and greet at a the building,but had first to collect the keys from a automatic key box whitch . Not really practical in their position To travel from the central bus station in the big metropole city of Milan and had to move with two heavy  suitcases. IThey requested if someone could deliver the keys directly to there booked accommodation address what was for allesias flat impossible. They proposed the agency Allesia Flat from There booked apartment and wil try to make a phone call from on of the habitants at the same location as they didn’t have a active phone one them . 
Te Indonesian travellers did't feel comfortable  to stay in Allesias falt after this respons and all there attempts to cancel their reservation though Hotel.com have been denied.
Finally they decided t collect the keys anyway  from the collection  the key holding office Keesey.
 
 This key box office is located more 1 km distance from the concerned apartment " Alessia Flat " and has no phisical presents  and can be only reached by pressing on button to contact assistance who can give you the codes to have access  to the boxes witch contains the keys. To their surprise, the Keesy assistance could not find any details of there reserved apartment Allesia's flat and but could only forward the name of agency Alesia's who stated only on there arrival of the office of Keesy that they feel not comfortable wit there stay and stopped the telephone conversation when they asked if they will get refunded the payment who was completely paid on day of reservation. 
 The victims who are already returned to there home country are  contacting media sources to spread this new type of scam
 
Considering your customers as rude after only e-mail exchange is certainly no reason not to refund the upfront payments
.  All parites involved including www.keesy.com and www.hotel.com do not want to show any responsbility on this fraud issue,
